  3. Helpdesk Co-ordinator– Number of Positions – 5
    Region : West / Job Location : Mumbai
    Experience: Min 1 Year
    Skills:

    Receive, update and assign service calls on Service Manager Tool (SM9) used for call tracking ensuring the call is logged properly in regards to procedures and verify contract coverage to achieve SLA. Log call in case of S1 users or in emergency for others. Assign the ticket to respective support engineer based on the Call type. Send acknowledgment email to user as per template. Seek assistance of Helpdesk Manager if and where required. Create periodic reports regarding ticket receipt / creation and assignment. Ensure complete handover at shift change. Any other work assigned with due authorization of Service Desk Lead. Follow up with resolver teams on assigned tickets for updates / closure. Ensure appropriate quality of updates on tickets.Ensure tickets logged are quickly assigned and do not remain unassigned. Send update emails to users where TAT is about to be breached. Be responsible to drive the closure of assigned tickets.Seek assistance of Helpdesk Manager if and where required. Create periodic reports regarding ticket assignment, update and closure. Ensure complete handover at shift change. Any other work assigned with due authorization of Service Desk Lead.

  4. Network Engineer L1, L2 – Number of Positions – 5
    Region : West / Job Location : Mumbai
    Experience: Min 6 Months
    Skills:

    Configuration, Upgrading of IOS and troubleshooting of the Cisco Routers (1700,1800,2600)
    Responsible for managing & Troubleshooting of Bank of India’s all over India Network consisting of 4000+ branches with 43 NAP locations and ensuring Maximum network uptime.
    Co-ordination with location’s NAP engineers for installation of Network Equipment’s, IOS software deployment, new hardware upgrades.
    Installation, Troubleshoot and Co-ordinate with service providers (BHARTI, BSNL, MTNL, HUGHES-VSAT, etc) for Maintenance of DS-3 Internet Links (45Mbps), Leased lines, ISDN, PRI and BRI links.
    Managing the Corporate Customer’s Network using Network Management Systems (MNS) via HP Open View.
    Co-ordinate with Field Engineers to manage and rectify faults.
    Configuring the Cisco router and Switches according to the client requirement
    Working and Troubleshooting on routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF & Static route
    Configuration of VTP,VLANs
    Install and configure Cisco IP Phones (7905,7906,7911,7940)
