CORPORATE INSOLVENCY RESOLUTION PROCESS OF TRIMAX IT INFRASTRUCTURE & SERVICES LIMITED
FOR THE ATTENTION OF CREDITORS OF TRIMAX IT INFRASTRUCTURE & SERVICES LIMITED
Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has ordered the commencement of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process for Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Limited vide its order CP(I&B) 3457/NCLT/MB/2018, dated 21st February 2019
The said order records the appointment of Krishna Chamadia (IP Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00694/2017-18/11220) as the Interim Resolution Professional (‘IRP’). A public announcement in this regard was made by the IRP on February 23, 2019.
The creditors of Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Limited are hereby called upon to submit their claims on or before March 7, 2019, to the attention of the IRP in accordance with the submission process mentioned below.
CLAIM FORM SUBMISSIONS
In accordance with the CIRP Regulations, the financial creditors need to necessarily submit their proof of claims by electronic means.
The operational creditors (including workmen and employees) and statutory creditors may submit their proof of claims through electronic means, in person, or by post.
Submission of false or misleading claims shall attract penalties.

2. PHYSICAL SUBMISSION
In case of any inability to submit claims online, creditors are hereby requested to please download the relevant claim forms from the IBBI website (https://www.ibbi.gov.in/home/downloads) under “Forms under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016”, and submit a copy of the duly completed forms to the attention of the IRP through electronic means at email@example.com or physically at the address mentioned above.
